Your china was manufactured by the Jackson China Co of Falls Creek, Pennsylvania. They were in the business from 1923 to 1960, and were known mostly for hotel and restaurant ware, but their line included china for home use as well. The "Embassy" on the backstamp refers to the pattern name. If you're curious about value, check on www.replacements.com or eBay. Thanks for the question!
