Wow, what a fascinating legacy! You are so lucky to have so much of your great great grandfather's work! For his postcards, you might want to contact JL Mashburn @ jmashb0135@aol.com. He's written numerous books about postcard collecting, and is a collector himself. Since Louis Prang IS the Father of the Christmas Card, the Smithsonian might be interested in some of the collection. Or you might consider checking to see if there is a Museum in Massachusettes where Mr. Prang's lithography business was located. Of course, there is always eBay, which I can help with in terms of explaining how it works. It's definitly worth figuring out exactly what you have before comitting to anything, as rare cards especially can bring thousands. Or, you might contact jacksonsauctions.com They seem to have an annual postcard & ephemera auction that seems very successful. Make sure when you talk to them that they understand the provenence of the pieces. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions
