» scrappy6498 - I Need Info

the question that i have is where are these from, when were they made, and should I keep them hanging on my wall. These are mason's plates. I picked them up at a "junk" shop for five dollars in total

I'm not completely sure what you're asking, but if you are talking about plates connected with the organization The Masons, There is a collectible market for them, although I suspect they wouldn't bring a large sum. You might want to check on eBay under "Fraternal order collectibles. I recently sold a Shriner's Medal. You should keep them on your wall if you find them attractive and enjoyable!

The reader might be referring to Mason's Ironstone, a patented ironstone from England that was popular in the 19th century. It usually had vivid colors and patterns, and is still very collectible.
